Today, Peter Max is one of the best known and most prolific artists in the world. When Max painted "Neo-Man" in 1989, he had a much smaller team and produced significantly fewer paintings each year. As time went on, his assistants became move heavily involved in the process in order to allow him to execute his complex visions and fulfill the massive output each year; however, in 1989 Max was still heavily and directly involved in every step of the process. "Neo-Man" features the bold, graphic lines Max is famous for along with a flattering rainbow of pastel colors. "Neo-Man" is currently framed and signed on both the front and back and comes with the original gallery certificate of authenticity.
